Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • Currently, all products are eligible for return — we have no non-returnable items.

Free Returns

We offer free returns. Customers are not responsible for any return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@stowlea.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stowlea.shop with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Contact info@stowlea.shop as soon as possible.
